Nestled in the scenic Finger Lakes region, The Peacock’s Perch is a cozy, family- and pet-friendly studio apartment offering both comfort and convenience. The space is thoughtfully designed for relaxation, featuring a king-size bed, spacious bathroom with a jet tub, and a fully equipped kitchen. The common area provides ample space for unwinding or entertaining.

For additional sleeping arrangements, the apartment includes a full-size Serta pull-out sofa bed (with bedding and mattress protectors available in the closet) and a fold-up 4″ full floor mattress, complete with bedding. All beds must be made with the provided mattress protectors to ensure guest comfort.

Outdoor Fun

Enjoy a private deck complete with a bistro table, grill, and fire pit. Watch peacocks roost on the pergola and chickens roam the yard. Please keep the door closed, as our curious birds love to pay a visit!

Earplugs are provided for light sleepers. Other glamping guests may also be on the property.

Additional Fees

Pet Fee: $35/night per pet
Additional Guests: $35/night after 2 guests (including children over 2)
Children under 24 months: Free (bring your own crib/bedding)
Cleaning Fee: $70 one-time charge

House Rules

Children under 5 or non-swimmers must wear life jackets near the pond.
Swim at your own risk—no lifeguard on duty.
Wash, dry, and put away dishes after use.
No smoking indoors (ashtrays available outside).
Pets:
- $35/night per pet.
- Must be leashed and well-behaved.
- Must be crated when left alone.
- No dogs in lined ponds.
Infants must sleep in guest-provided beds.
Friday bookings require a 2-night minimum.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
